Every patient is different, which means every treatment plan should be different.

Dr. Mullally believes healthcare should begin with understanding the underlying cause of your symptoms—not simply recommending a procedure.

Each evaluation includes a careful review of your medical history, a thorough physical examination, imaging when appropriate, and a discussion of your goals and daily activities. Together, you will review all appropriate treatment options and develop a personalized plan designed around your individual needs.

Depending on your diagnosis, treatment recommendations may include:

• Lifestyle modifications
• Exercise recommendations
• Physical therapy
• Medications
• Ultrasound-guided injection procedures
• Hyaluronic acid injections
• Corticosteroid injections
• Shockwave Therapy
• Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT)
• Orthobiologic procedures
• Referral for surgical evaluation when appropriate

Dr. Mullally believes informed patients make better healthcare decisions. His role is to provide guidance, education, and recommendations so that each patient understands the potential benefits, limitations, risks, and alternatives associated with their treatment options.

How does Dr. Mullally advance musculoskeletal care?

Dr. Mullally has devoted much of his career to advancing the field of non-surgical orthopedic medicine. He has a particular interest in orthobiologic procedures, ultrasound-guided interventions, and emerging technologies that may expand treatment options for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

His commitment to innovation is grounded in evidence-based medicine. Rather than adopting new technologies simply because they are available, he carefully evaluates current research, clinical guidelines, and patient-specific factors before incorporating them into individualized treatment plans.

For Dr. Mullally, innovation is never about promoting a particular procedure—it’s about continually seeking safe, thoughtful ways to help patients maintain mobility, improve function, and remain active.
