This is office is so different than I was used to at my previous Dr. The office staff is helpful and professional. The nurses take their time with you and get all of information concerning your visit. John Kern listens to your concerns. Explains everything to you. Has a lot of patience. Is determined to take care of you and find answers to your health problems. The lab ladies are very nice and caring. Everyone takes their time with you and show that they are there to help you. So glad a family member told my husband and I about this medical group. What a GREAT group of professionals!!

The Family Practice and Sports Medicine facility my Family and I originally began coming to in 2011 has grown to more of a Nurse Practitioner office for me. Tim and/or Lisa are limited in time and have always had tight schedules. The Med Spa appears to be the new thing and must also take time and resources to run. I can understand that the SPA is more than likely elective procedures and earns the most profit. On my last visit, I waited in the lobby the longest time ever, > 30 minutes, I was told that was a very busy day when everyone was working. Understand it’s your policy, annual population of repetitious paperwork, preference to do on-line ahead of appointment.

I only have one complaint from my visit. I had to give a urine sample. There is not a good place in the bathroom by the lab to place the sample once it is collected. The sink has sloping sides and there is no tray. The toilet paper dispenser is rounded. I ended up having to put it in the sink before I cleaned it off, which seems a bit icky to me. I wonder if you would consider putting a little shelf in the bathroom where samples could go while one pulls themselves together after collecting the sample.

Dr Tim and his staff are freakin terrific! I have had multiple PRP injections over the years up in Chicago. His procedure is very different and I feel much more beneficial (time will tell). But the level of expertise and professionalism is second to none when it comes to him and his staff! They took A LOT of blood as I was getting two separate PRP injections (shoulder and elbow) so I wasn’t feeling myself. They provided some much needed juice boxes, and I had a snack in the car. Once they spun up the blood, I went into a very cold room which the Doctor personally wrapped me up and said I was “getting the MEd spa treatment). Which I felt I was lol. They did everything they could to keep me comfortable while injecting me with 6 syringes filled with PRP and White blood cells. Its been only three days and I am still in pain for sure, but super excited the outcome here in the weeks coming!
