Colleen earned her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Northwest, following completion of her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University.
With more than 25 years of nursing experience and over 15 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Colleen has cared for patients in a wide variety of healthcare settings, including primary care, intensive care, and pediatric medicine. Her broad clinical background allows her to care for patients with confidence across every stage of life.
Throughout her career, Colleen has remained committed to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and maintains active professional certifications and memberships dedicated to advancing high-quality patient care.
Before joining Mullally Sports & Family Medicine, Colleen served as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the Franciscan Physician Network, where she provided comprehensive primary care for children, adolescents, and adults. Her practice included preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, management of chronic medical conditions, interpretation of diagnostic testing, prescribing medications, and counseling patients on healthy lifestyle choices.
Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Colleen spent nearly a decade working as a Registered Nurse in both Intensive Care at Franciscan Health St. Anthony Health and Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis. These experiences provided a strong clinical foundation and continue to influence her thoughtful, comprehensive approach to patient care.
